Eligibility: Master’s degree in Portuguese with at least 50% marks or Master’s degree in any other Romance Language (Italian, Spanish, French, Romanian) or in English with atleast 50% marks and an Advanced Diploma in Portuguese with atleast 50% marks

Eligibility: M.Sc or equivalent degree, with at least 55% marks or equivalent grades, in Biological Sciences, Bioinformatics or Physical Sciences, as well as to those with MBBS or M.Tech or M.Sc (Agriculture) or M.Sc (Veterinary Sciences) degree with 55% marks.
Candidates having the M.Sc or equivalent degree in allied subjects of Life Sciences, including Biochemistry, Biophysics, Biotechnology, Botany, Genetics, Microbiology, Neurobiology, Pharmacology, Physiology, Zoology, or in Chemistry or Physics are also eligible.
M.Sc in Life Sciences: An integrated interdisciplinary programme in Modern Biology
Eligibility: Bachelor’s (B.Sc or B.Tech or equivalent) in Biological, Physical or Agricultural Sciences under the 10+2+3 pattern of education with at least 55% marks.
School of Environmental Sciences
M.Phil/Ph.D in Environmental Sciences including Interdisciplinary Areas of Biology (Ecology, Biotechnology, Biophysics, Bioremediation), Chemistry (Air, Water, Soil Pollution), Geology and Physics.
Eligibility: M.Sc degree or equivalent in any branch of basic or applied science or applied science or MBBS or B.Tech/B.E. with minimum 55% marks.
M.Sc in Environmental Sciences: An Interdisciplinary Course with Environmental Orientation, drawn from relevant areas of Biological, Chemical, Earth and Physical Sciences.
Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree in any branch of basic or applied science under 10+2+3 pattern of education with at least 55% marks.
School of Computer and Systems Sciences
The school offers academic programmes leading to the degrees in Computer Science and Technology.
Eligibility: Master’s degree in Computer Science or Mathematics or Statistics or Operational Research or in any branch of Science or Bachelor’s degree in any branch of Engineering or Master of Computer Applications (MCA) with at least 55% marks.
MCA (Master of Computer Applications): 3 year programme open to candidates with adequate competence in mathematics.
Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with adequate competence in Mathematics under 10+2+3 pattern of education with at least 55% marks.
Pre-Ph.D/Ph.D in Physical Sciences/ Chemical Sciences/ Mathematical Sciences
Eligibility
Physical Sciences: M.Sc degree in Physics, Chemistry or Mathematics, with at least 55% marks
Candidates having majored in Physics or Chemistry should have had Mathematics at least up to the B.Sc level.
Exceptions can be made in case of applicants with B.Tech (Electronics/Electrical) degrees provided they successfully qualify the entrance examination.
Chemical Sciences, M.Sc degree in Chemistry or Physics, with at least 55% marks
Candidates majoring in Chemistry should have specialization in Analytical/ Organic/ Inorganic/ Physical Chemistry/Chemical Physics/Polymer Chemistry at the Master’s level
Admission through entrance examination is kept in abeyance for this year

Mathematical Sciences: M.Sc degree in Mathematics, with at least 55% marks

School of Arts and Aesthetics
M.Phil/Ph.D: The school offers M.Phil/Ph.D programme in three different streams - Visual Studies, Theatre and Performance Studies and Cinema Studies
Admission to the M.Phil/Ph.D is through a separate entrance examination for each discipline followed by a viva-voce
Eligibility: Master’s degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks
M.A. in Arts and Aesthetics: The school offers M.A. programme with cross disciplinary study of the Visual, Cinematic and Performing Arts

Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree in Sanskrit or in any other subject under 10+2+3 pattern of education with at least 45% marks.
Centre for Molecular Medicine
Pre-Ph.D/Ph.D in areas of Metobolic Disorders, Infectious and Non­infectious Diseases, Diagnostics and Molecular Endocrinology.
Eligibility: Master’s degree or equivalent from recognized university/institution in any branch of biological sciences/MBBS/BVSc/B.Pharm with at least 55% marks.
Eligibility: Master’s degree in Law, Political Science, Public Administration, Economics, Sociology, History, Philosophy and Cognate Areas/Disciplines with 55% marks; or 60% in any branch of natural science.
Category-B
Admission of JRF Holders to M.Phil/Ph.D and Pre-Ph.D/Ph.D Programme in Science Schools
The university admits a limited number of candidates to M.Phil/Ph.D and Pre-Ph.D/Ph.D programmes on the basis of viva-voce who have qualified a National Test entitling them to a JRF in Schools of Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Physical Sciences, Environmental Sciences, Computer and Systems Sciences, Computational and Integrative Sciences.
Eligibility: Only those candidates who fulfil the minimum eligibility requirements as prescribed for admission of candidates to M.Phil/Ph.D and Pre-Ph.D programmes through entrance examination under category-A above in above Science Schools and have qualified a National Test entitling them to a JRF are eligible to apply.
Category-C
Part Time Programme
The University will hold entrance examination (in Delhi centre only) for admission to Certificate of Proficiency and Advanced Diploma in Mass Media in Urdu a one-year Part-Time Programmes of Study in the School of Language, Literature and Culture Studies.
Since these are part-time programmes, these are intended for candidates resid­ing in Delhi NCR only.
Admission to Diploma of Proficiency and Advanced Diploma of Proficiency will be made on basis of the past academic record of the candidate which will be assessed in accordance with the criteria laid down by the university for selection.
Programmes of Study: Advanced Diploma in Mass Media in Urdu; Advanced Diploma of Proficiency in Pushto; Diploma of Proficiency in Pushto and Bahasa Indonesia; Certificate of Proficiency in Mongolian, Pushto, Bahasa Indonesia and Urdu.
Certificate of Proficiency: Atleast Senior School Certificate (10+2) or an examination recognised as equivalent thereto with a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate.
Diploma of Proficiency: Atleast Senior School Certificate (10+2) or an examination recognised as equivalent thereto with a minimum of 45% marks in aggre­gate and Certificate of Proficiency in the Language concerned or an examination recog­nised as equivalent thereto.
Advanced Diploma of Proficiency: Atleast Senior School Certificate (10+2) or an examination recognised as equivalent thereto with a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate and Diploma of Proficiency in the language con­cerned or an examination recognised as equivalent thereto.
Advanced Diploma in Mass Media in Urdu: A Bachelor’s degree under 10+2+3 pattern of education with a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate with Urdu as one of the subjects at High School or Intermediate or B.A. Level.
Foreign Nationals: All foreign nationals present in India are required to appear in the entrance examination subject to their fulfilling minimum eligibility requirements as prescribed for Indian students as indicated under Category-A above.
However, in the event of their selection, they will be considered for admission subject to equivalence of their degrees as per eligibility requirements.
Reservation: 27% seats are reserved for OBC candidates (non creamy layer), 15% and 7.5% of seats are reserved for SC/ST candidates respectively in all programmes of study, 3% seats are reserved for Physically Challenged (Handicapped) candidates (with a minimum of 40% disability)
All SC/ST/Physically Challenged (Handicapped) candidates who have passed and/or are appearing in the qualifying examination are eligible to appear in the entrance examination irrespective of their percentage of marks.
Besides, all candidates who have passed qualifying examination prescribed for admis­sion to the concerned programme of study from the identified backward districts, will be eligible for deprivation points.
All Kashmiri migrants and wards/widows of certain cate­gories of Defence Personnel will be eligible for deprivation points subject to their sub­mitting a documentary evidence of their status
All female candidates are also eligible for deprivation points.
Only those candidates will be eligible for deprivation points as stated above who seek admis­sion through entrance examination.
A candidate can apply either "Online" or "Offline". Online Application: Candidates can apply Online on payment of prescribed fee if they have access to a computer, a printer and Internet by logging on to JNU website. The sites have been designed in a 'user friendly' way to help candidates for applying Online in a step-by-step fashion. Online application portal will remain open from 10:00 AM (1ST) on 6th February, 2015 till 5:00 PM (1ST) on 20th March, 2015. Offline Application: Set of Application Form and Prospectus can be obtained through Post by sending crossed Bank Draft for Rs.260/- (Rs. Two Hundred sixty only) drew in favour of JAWAHARLAL NEHRU UNIVERSITY payable at NEW DELHI along with a self addressed (unstamped) envelope of the minimum size of 30 cms x 25 cms. Clearly indicating the programme of study for which the Application Form is required on the self-addressed envelope to the SECTION OFFICER (ADMISSIONS), Room No.28, Administrative Block, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi 110067. Candidates seeking a set of Application Form and Prospectus from Nepal are required to send a Demand Draft of Rs.400/- or equivalent in US Dollars. Money Orders and Cheques are not accepted. NDA Entrance Exam (I) 2015

The candidates Joining Indian Naval Academy would undergo 4 years B.Tech course and would be given an opportunity to join Executive and Technical Branches of the Navy subject to availability of vacancies
Army: 208 posts Navy: 42p posts
Air Force: 70 posts

Vacancies are provisional and may be changed depending on the availability of training capacity of National Defence Academy
Nationality: A candidate must either be (i) a citizen of India, or (ii) a subject of Bhutan, or (iii) a subject of Nepal, or (iv) a Tibetan refugee who came over to India before the 1st January, 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India, or (v) a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka and East African Countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire and Ethiopia or Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India. Provided that a candidate belonging to categories (ii), (iii), (iv) and (v) above shall be a person in whose favour a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Govt of India. Certificate of eligibility will not, however, be necessary in the case of candidates who are Gorkha subjects of Nepal
Age Limit, Sex and Marital Status: Only unmarried male candidates born not earlier than 02nd July 1996 and not later than 01st July 1999 are eligible
Army Wing of National Defence Academy: 12th class pass of the 10+2 pattern of school education or equivalent examination conducted by a state education board or a university
Air Force and Naval Wing of National Defence Academy and 10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme at the Indian Naval Academy: 12th class pass of the 10+2 pattern of school education or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics conducted by a State Education Board or a University
Candidates who are appearing in the 12th class under the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination can also apply for this examination
Those candidates who have yet to qualify in the 12th class or equivalent examination and are allowed to appear in the UPSC examination should note that this is only a special concession given to them
They are required to submit proof of passing the 12th class or equivalent examination
APPLICATION FEE: Candidates (excepting female SC/ST/PH candidates/ Sons of JCOs/NCOs/ORs specified in Note 2 in the notification who are exempted from payment of fee) are required to pay a fee of Rs. 100/- (Rupees one hundred only) either by depositing the money in any Branch of SBI by cash, or by using net banking facility of State Bank of India/ State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur/ Sate Bank of Hyderabad/State Bank of Mysore/State Bank of Patiala /State Bank of Travancore or by using Visa/Master Credit/Debit Card
Applicants who opt for "Pay by Cash" mode, should print the system generated Pay-in-slip during Part- II registration and deposit the fee at the counter of SBI Branch on the next working day only. "Pay by Cash" mode option will be deactived at 23.59 hours of 22nd January 2015 i.e. one day before the closing date; however, applicants who have generated their Pay-in-slip before it is de-activated may pay at the counter of SBI Branch during banking hours on the closing date
Such applicants who are unable to pay by cash on the closing date i.e. during banking hours at SBI Branch, for reason whatsoever, even if holding a valid Pay-in-Slip, will have no other offline option but to opt for online Debit/Credit Card or Internet Banking Payment mode on the closing date i.e. till 23.59 hours of 23rd January 2015
For the applicants in whose case payments details have not been received from the bank they will be treated as fictitious payment cases and a list of all such applicants shall be made available on the commission website within two weeks after the last day of submission of online application
The applicants shall be required to submit the proof of their fee payment within 10 days from the date of such communication either by hand or by speed post to the commission
On receipt of documentary proof, genuine fee payment cases will be considered and their applications will be revived, if they are otherwise eligible

2. The papers in all the subjects will consist of objective type questions only. The question papers (Test Booklets) OF MATHEMATICS AND PART "b" OF GENERAL ABILITY TESTS WILL BE SET BILINGUALLY IN HINDI AS WELL AS English.
3. In the question papers, wherever necessary, questions involving the metric system of Weights and Measures only will be set.
4. Candidates must write the papers in their own hand. In no circumstances will they be allowed the help of a scribe to write answers for them.
5. The Commission have discretion to fix qualifying marks in any or all the subjects at the examination.
6. The candidates are not permitted to use calculator or Mathematical or logirithmic table for answering objective type papers (Test Booklets). They should not therefore, bring the same inside the Examination Hall.

CLAT 2015, Common Law Admission Test 2015

The Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) provides the students the ease of filling up a single application form to get admission to any of the 16 participating law institutes' under-graduate and post-graduate degree programmes (LL.B & LL.M). According to the MoU, the Common Law Admission Test would be conducted by each of the National Law Schools on rotation as per the criterion of seniority.

Educational Qualification for UG Programme: A candidate should have obtained Higher Secondary School/ Intermediate (10+2) or its equivalent certificate from a recognized Board with not less than 45% marks in aggregate (40% in case of SC/ST candidates), as prescribed by the respective Statutes of the participating Universities Age for UG Programme: A candidate should be below 20 years of age as on 01st July 2015 (22 years in case of SC/ST and Persons with Disability candidates, as prescribed by the respective Statutes of the participating Universities
Educational Qualification for PG Programme: A candidate should have obtained an LL.B/a five year integrated LL.B/any other equivalent degree from a recognized University with not less than 55% marks in aggregate (50% in case of SC/ST candidates), as prescribed by the respective Statutes of the participating Universities
Age for PG Programme: The participating Universities have not prescribed any upper age limit for PG Programmes
Reservation for UG/PG Programme: As per the Statutes of respective participating Universities; details may be seen in the prospectus of the respective University appended herewith
The CLAT-2015 Question Paper for UG courses shall multiple choice type questions as per the following scheme Maximum Marks: 200 Duration of CLAT-2015: 02:00 Hours Total Number of Questions: 200 Negative Marking: 0.25 Mark/wrong answer
1.     English including Comprehension: 40 Marks
2.     General Knowledge and Current Affairs: 50 Marks
3.     Elementary Mathematics (Numerical Ability): 20 Marks
4.     Legal Aptitude: 50 Marks
5.     Logical Reasoning: 40 Marks
The CLAT-2015 Question Paper for PG courses shall have the following pattern: Maximum Marks: 150 Duration of CLAT-2015: 02:00 Hours Long Essay Type Descriptive Questions: 100 Mark Multiple-Choice Questions: 50 Marks (50 questions of 1 mark each) Negative Marking: 0.25 Mark/wrong answer to MCQ The long essay type contains 4 questions and 25 marks each pertaining to subject areas such as constitutional Law and Jurisprudence The Multiple-Choice Questions covers all subjects except Constitutional Law and Jurisprudence prescribed by BCI for Under-Graduate Courses

Application Form and Information Brochure for CLAT 2015
The CLAT 2015 Online Application Form will be accessible on the CLAT website between 01st January 2015 to 31st March 2015 along-with the Information Brochure No hard copy of the Application Form and Information Brochure will be sold
CLAT 2015 Information Brochure (not the application form) will also be accessible from the respective website of all the participating NLU(s)
The candidates has to pay the application fee for general OBC/PWD and other category candidates Rs. 4000/- while submitting the Application Form of CLAT-2015 The fee is Rs. 3500/- in case of the SC/ST category candidates
The candidates will have to bear the bank transaction costs for remitting the fee online while submitting the application form
The above application fee includes cost of online application form and e-brochure Previous year e-Question Papers of CLAT shall be available on the payment of Rs. 250/- only; for this the mode of payment is Online only.
There is only one mode of application i.e. online which can be accessed by a candidate after registering himself/herself on the CLAT website by creating a login account
The Online Application Form can be submitted only between 01st January 2015 to 31st March 2015 (11.59 PM)
The submitted Online Application Form in PDF format and other details will be available and accessible in the Login Account of the candidate; no copies of the filled in Online Application Form or uploaded certificates/documents need to be sent to the CLAT Office separately
The Hall-Ticket/Admit Card may be accessed / downloaded by the candidate in the personal LOGIN ACCOUNT; the candidate is required to take the printout of the Admit Card to the Exam Hall
Incomplete application or application in any mode other than online or application after the last date and time shall not be considered. It shall be the obligation of the candidate to fill the Online Application Form in a timely manner and the Organizing University, i.e. Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University, Lucknow -226012 (UP) shall not be responsible in anyway
